Mama’s Journal Club is a coach led experience where I take the tool of journaling, and pair it with conversational coaching to support your unique self discovery and personal growth.

“I truly loved the journaling lab and will definitely join again. I have felt a big shift coming in my life over the past few months and am trying to lean into it even though it feels scary. When I did the lab with you on Sunday I loved that I was able to think on the prompt before we started. But the thing I absolutely needed to hear from you was so unexpected. You talked about me/us already being worthy. That there was not one thing that made me more or less worthy. I was just worthy. It wasn’t what I thought was going to come out of the lab, but it was so immensely important.
