Being a mama is a wonderful gift! …it’s also challenging, fun, messy. and sometimes isolating and frustrating. It’s wonderful and overwhelming… and all the things in between!

I’ve created a space that honors all of this!

I’m Leslie Crevar

Believer, wife, homeschool mama, licensed professional counselor and certified life coach.

Of all the hats I wear, being a mama is definitely my most fulfilling, most rewarding AND most challenging role.

At times I’ve felt overwhelmed, stressed, anxious, alone, lost, stuck and/or lacking purpose/passion and excitement!

And I recognized, I’m NOT alone.


So… I created the

MAMA’S JOURNAL CLUB

a place for mama’s to come (camera on or off) to:

  • heal

  • grow

  • feel understood

  • make sense of your lived experiences

  • make changes

  • be held and loved on by other mama’s (who get it!)

  • get answers

  • untangle the fear, anxiety, stress, overwhelm

  • and everything in between.

Sounds incredible! Right!?

Mama’s Journal Club is a coach led experience where I take the tool of journaling, and pair it with conversational coaching to support your unique self discovery and personal growth.

We explore topics like:

  • Parenting

  • Relationships

  • Money

  • Love

  • Health

  • Faith

  • Goals

  • Challenge

  • And so much more

Coach Led Journaling VS. Therapy

In therapy you may:

  • feel like you are spinning round and round- talking about many problems or the same problems over and over

  • leave thinking “that felt nice, but now what?”

  • decide that leaving your house for 60-90 minutes isn’t ideal anymore

  • lack connection and community to other’s who get it

  • become dependent on your counselor for all the answers

  • spend all session talking about the problem with little movement toward the solution

In Mama’s Journal Club you will:

  • have a specific topic to anchor into each session - you won’t feel “all over the place” not knowing where to start

  • leave with intentional/clear and aligned actions for your unique experiences

  • enjoy the club from the comfort of your own home — pj’s, coffee, wine, back patio, pool? As long as you can journal it’s on!

  • make connections with (me!!) and other mama’s like you!

  • discover your OWN sanswers! Only you know the unique details to your life therefore your solutions will always be superior.

    • I will however, ask you the key questions to help you uncover those answers!

  • spend time understanding and untangling your problem AND you will uncover and plan your next steps!

I truly loved the journaling lab and will definitely join again. I have felt a big shift coming in my life over the past few months and am trying to lean into it even though it feels scary. When I did the lab with you on Sunday I loved that I was able to think on the prompt before we started. But the thing I absolutely needed to hear from you was so unexpected. You talked about me/us already being worthy. That there was not one thing that made me more or less worthy. I was just worthy. It wasn’t what I thought was going to come out of the lab, but it was so immensely important.
All that to say, thank you. I needed your words and to be validated by the others in the lab in a way I didn’t know I needed.
